Medical Scrubs & Lab Coat Manufacturer in Pakistan

KBwear manufactures scrubs, lab coats and healthcare staff uniforms from our factory in Lahore for hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, dental practices and veterinary surgeries. Garments are made to your own colourway, size chart and branding rather than picked from a fixed catalogue, on the same documented specification and inspection process we use for our petroleum-sector programmes.

Garments We Produce

Scrub Tops & Trousers

V-neck, mock-wrap and mandarin-collar tops with chest and pen-slot pockets, matched to trousers with cargo or patch pockets, elasticated or drawstring waists.

Lab Coats

Notched-lapel lab coats with press-stud or button fronts, chest and lower patch pockets, in the length and sleeve style your department specifies.

Colour & Trim Coding

Department colour coding with contrast piping, neck binding and cuff trims, so theatre, ward, lab and reception staff are identifiable at a glance.

Branding & Labelling

Embroidered logos, woven brand labels and size labels applied in-house, with private-label packaging for distributors and uniform programme providers.

Fabric Selection for Healthcare Wear

Scrubs are worn for long shifts and laundered constantly, so fabric choice decides how the garment looks after fifty washes rather than on day one. We quote against the specification you provide and can advise from our fabric library, where each option is listed with its GSM, composition and intended use. Points worth settling before sampling:

  • Weight: lighter constructions stay cooler through a long shift in Pakistan's summer; heavier ones hold shape and opacity better
  • Composition: poly-cotton blends resist creasing and shrink less through industrial laundering than 100% cotton
  • Colourfastness: darker shades and contrast trims should be specified for repeated hot-wash cycles so panels do not drift apart in tone
  • Stretch: a small elastane content helps where staff bend, lift and reach for most of the shift
  • Opacity: lighter colours need enough weight behind them to stay opaque in clinical lighting

For a fuller walk-through of weight and blend trade-offs, read our guide to choosing uniform fabric.

Related Manufacturing

Healthcare sites usually need more than clinical wear. KBwear also produces reception, housekeeping and support staff uniforms, catering and kitchen wear for on-site food service, and driver uniforms for ambulance and transport teams. How we handle inspection and documentation is set out on our quality and compliance page.

KBwear runs every stage in-house at our Lahore factory: see the full manufacturing capabilities behind this category, or read the KBwear company profile for capacity, commercial terms and export details.
