01 · Company Overview

A single factory, accountable for the whole programme

KBwear designs and manufactures custom uniforms and workwear for corporate, industrial, hospitality and institutional clients. Everything happens under one roof at our Lahore factory: fabric sourcing, pattern and sampling, cutting, stitching, embroidery, multi-stage quality control, finishing and export-ready packaging.

That end-to-end model is deliberate. When a uniform programme spans thousands of wearers, sizes and locations, split responsibility is where quality fails. Our clients get one manufacturer, one specification, one point of accountability — from the first sample to the last repeat order.

With more than 100,000 uniforms delivered, KBwear supplies Pakistan's leading corporations and manufactures for international brand programmes, with bulk capacity from 500 to 10,000+ units per order.

02 · Our Story

Built on programmes that could not afford to fail

KBwear Manufacturing was founded in 2017 by Kashif Bashir, who continues to lead the business as Founder & CEO. He came to garment manufacturing after roughly three decades running Fueltech, his construction and engineering firm — so KBwear was built from the outset around the things industrial clients actually audit: written specifications, sign-off before scale, and inspection during production rather than after it. Enquiries reach the owner directly, not a sales tier.

KBwear grew up manufacturing for Pakistan's petroleum sector — buyers with strict brand standards, nationwide rollouts and no tolerance for inconsistency. Delivering 10,000+ uniforms for TOTAL PARCO, with custom colour matching and role-specific garment engineering, shaped how we work: documented specifications, golden-sample sign-off and inspection at every stage rather than at the end.

Those systems now serve a wider client base — from ZIC and FLOW Petroleum to retail and FMCG brand work, including sample development for Majid Al Futtaim's SHARE programme and for Coca-Cola and Nestlé campaign concepts — and an export operation set up to quote and ship to buyers in the Gulf, Europe and North America.

To be recognised by procurement teams — in Pakistan and internationally — as South Asia's most dependable export manufacturer of uniforms and workwear: the factory you shortlist when the programme is too important to gamble on.

07 · Quality Assurance

Inspected at every stage, not just at the end

01

Incoming fabric checks

Fabric inspected on arrival for weave consistency, colour match against approved swatches and visible faults.

02

Cutting & sizing accuracy

Cutting verified against approved patterns so measurements stay consistent across the full order.

03

In-line stitching inspection

Seams, stitch density, assembly and logo placement checked during production — not after it.

04

Pre-shipment QC

Final defect check on finished garments for stitching, trims, colour and measurement before packing.

For protective programmes we manufacture to recognised international standards on request — flame-resistant garments aligned with EN ISO 11612 and high-visibility workwear aligned with EN ISO 20471 — and can source Oeko-Tex Standard 100-grade fabrics per order. We are transparent about compliance: these are standards we manufacture to and align with, and required certification or third-party testing is confirmed per programme. Full details on our quality & compliance page.
