Design Sharing
The customer shares their design, specifications, and requirements. We review everything carefully to understand the brief before moving forward.
Fabric Selection
The customer provides their own fabric, or our team helps select the right material, suitable weight, colour, and quality for the intended use and budget.
Sample Preparation
We prepare a sample according to the approved design and fabric. This gives the customer a physical reference to assess fit, finish, and construction before any bulk commitment.
Sample Approval
The customer reviews and approves the sample. Any adjustments are made at this stage, locking in the exact specification that bulk production will follow.
Production & In-Line QC
With the sample signed off, full production begins. Our skilled team handles cutting, stitching, embroidery, and finishing, with fabric checked on arrival and seams, sizing and logo placement inspected in-line at every stage, not just at the end.
Final QC, Logistics & Delivery
Every finished garment passes a pre-shipment inspection for stitching, trims, colour and measurement before packing. We then coordinate logistics so your order reaches you on time, whether locally in Pakistan or internationally.
