Inside Our Uniform Factory in Lahore, Pakistan
Eight clips of the work, then six stations in the order a garment moves through them — fabric store to dispatch. Every photograph and every clip on this page was taken at our own factory in Gajjumata, Lahore.
On the Stitching Floor
Start here. Eight clips filmed at our own machines — five of them one charcoal work shirt being built from marked panel to finished branding, on one machine, in order. No stock footage, no voiceover, no edit: just the work, at the speed it actually happens.

Single-needle lockstitch
A habi tech shirt front on the machine, logo already applied. This is the whole point of a factory tour: the client is named, the garment is real, and the branding is on it before the garment is finished.
Eight clips from our stitching floor at Dallu Khurd Rd, Gajjumata, Lahore, ordered roughly the way a garment comes together. Five of them are one charcoal work shirt being built on one machine, from marking to finished branding. Nothing loads until you press play.
A walk through the floor, in production order
The clips above are the work. This is the floor it happens on: rather than a list of departments, the route your order actually takes, station by station, with our own photographs of each one. Nothing here is a stock image or a rendering. Two stations are described but not photographed yet, and they are marked as such instead of being filled in with something borrowed.
Fabric store
Fabric arrives mill-direct and is stored by order rather than by colour, so the roll that produced your first batch is the roll identified for your second. Woven sacks in the same bay hold trims, tapes and packing material for the orders in progress.

Cutting and bundling
Panels are cut to the approved pattern, then tied into bundles by size before they reach a machine. Bundling is what holds sizing consistent from the first unit to the ten-thousandth: an operator works one bundle at a time, and a bundle is one size of one garment for one order.

Stitching floor
Industrial sewing machines, run by machinists working to the approved sample with in-line supervision on every batch. This is the room the eight clips at the top of this page were filmed in — those clips are the work; this is the floor it happens on.

Quality control
Garments are checked against the approved specification rather than against a general standard: measurements at the points the buyer specified, stitching density, branding position and placement, and colour against the signed swatch. Anything outside tolerance goes back to the station that made it, not forward to packing. We hold no third-party certification and do not claim any — what we can show you is the reference sample your batch was checked against, kept on file for the life of the programme.

Finishing and pressing
Thread trimmed, garment pressed, folded to a consistent presentation and bagged. This station is the reason a uniform looks issued rather than delivered: the same garment, badly folded, arrives looking like surplus. Where a programme needs individual polybags, size stickers or per-branch sorting, that is done here before anything is boxed.

Packing and dispatch
Cartons are marked with contents, quantity and weight, and staged by destination. Nationwide delivery within Pakistan is arranged directly; export consignments are prepared with the documentation the buyer's Incoterms require, which is agreed before production rather than after.
