Uniform & Workwear Manufacturer for the UK & Europe
KBwear is a Lahore-based uniform and workwear manufacturer, now registered for export and welcoming our first international programmes. Our track record of over 100,000 uniforms delivered, including programmes for TOTAL PARCO, ZIC Petroleum and FLOW Petroleum, was built through domestic work in Pakistan. We are bringing that same factory discipline to our first UK and European buyers: tech-pack-driven manufacturing, pre-production sampling, in-house QC, and sea-freight export from Karachi.

Built for European Buyers
We understand the documentation, sampling and approval rhythm that UK and EU importers expect. Every order runs from a clear tech pack, with pre-production samples submitted for sign-off before bulk so that fit, fabric and finish are agreed up front.
EN-Standard Capability
We can manufacture workwear to recognised EN safety standards (for example EN ISO 20471 high-visibility construction) when the relevant compliant fabrics and trims are specified, sourcing materials to your stated requirement.
Responsible & Oeko-Tex-Grade Sourcing
For buyers with ethical and sustainability requirements, we can source Oeko-Tex-grade and responsibly produced fabrics on request and quote against them, so the finished garment matches your sourcing policy.
Flexible Order Volumes
Minimum order quantities run from 50 up to 10,000+ units, suiting both first sampling runs and full retail or contract programmes, with a typical production turnaround of 2–4 weeks per order.
Manufacturing & Exporting Uniforms to the UK and Europe
European procurement teams tend to vet suppliers on the same handful of points: consistent quality across repeat orders, the ability to manufacture to the right safety standards, responsible sourcing, reliable lead times and accurate sampling. KBwear is structured around exactly these expectations. Production is centralised at our Lahore facility, where precise cutting keeps sizing consistent across large runs and multi-stage in-house quality control checks every batch before it is packed.
We work to the tech pack you supply, measurements, construction, fabric specification, labelling and packing instructions, and confirm everything through pre-production samples. This sampling-first approach means UK and EU buyers can validate fit and quality before committing to bulk, which keeps reorders predictable. Where a programme calls for compliance to EN workwear safety standards or for Oeko-Tex-grade fabrics, we treat that as part of the specification we manufacture to and source against, rather than as something assumed.
Sectors We Manufacture For
Our capability spans the uniform and workwear categories most commonly imported into the UK and Europe:
- Hospitality, hotel, restaurant and front-of-house uniforms with branding and embroidery
- Healthcare, scrubs, tunics and staff wear made to your fabric and fit specification
- Corporate, shirts, blazers and branded office attire for business clients
- Industrial & PPE workwear, coveralls, jackets and trousers built to specified EN safety standards
- Schoolwear, blazers, knitwear, shirts and sports kit for education suppliers
For heavy-duty and protective programmes in particular, our industrial workwear manufacturing line is the natural starting point for European safety-focused buyers.
Export Logistics to North-West Europe
Finished orders would be dispatched by sea freight from Pakistan, with the major North-West European gateways, Felixstowe in the UK, Rotterdam in the Netherlands and Hamburg in Germany, being the expected ports of entry for containers from Karachi. Sea freight on this lane involves a longer transit than intra-European supply, so we plan production schedules around it and recommend building buffer stock and scheduled replenishment into uniform programmes. Working back from your in-stock dates keeps shelves and stores covered while shipments are in transit.
Quoting in Your Currency
Standard quotations are issued in USD (and PKR for domestic work), and we can quote in your currency, GBP or EUR, on request so the numbers are easy to read against your budget. Quotes are itemised by garment, fabric specification and quantity, so you can see how minimum order quantities and volume affect unit cost across the range.
