Who we are

What the quote form collects

The form on our contact page asks for, and only for, what we need to price an enquiry:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Company name and delivery destination country
• Uniform type and quantity range
• Your message
• Any file you choose to attach — tech packs, spec sheets, size charts, artwork or images. This is commercially sensitive material, so it is worth reading the next section before you upload anything.

None of these fields is used for marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Where your enquiry goes, and the third party involved

Form submissions, including any attached file, are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit, a third-party form-relay service. That means your submission passes through FormSubmit's systems before it reaches us, and is subject to their handling and retention practices as well as ours.

If your tech pack or artwork is under NDA, or you would simply rather it did not pass through a third party, email it to info@kb-wear.com directly instead of using the upload field, or ask us to sign an NDA first. We would rather you did that than upload something you later regret. We are happy to work under NDA before you share designs.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people find useful. It is configured with IP anonymisation enabled. It records the pages you visit, roughly where in the world you are, your device type and how you arrived. It records a generate_lead event when the quote form is submitted, but it does not receive the contents of your enquiry, your name, your email or your attachments.

Google sets cookies to do this. You can block them with your browser settings or an ad blocker, and the site will work normally without them. We run no advertising pixels and no remarketing tags.

Other services this site loads

• Vercel hosts the site and processes standard server request logs.
• Google Maps is embedded on our contact and Lahore factory pages; loading a map means Google receives the request.
• Google Fonts are self-hosted at build time, so no request goes to Google when you load a page.

How long we keep enquiries

Enquiry emails and attachments are kept for as long as the commercial conversation is live, and afterwards only as long as we may reasonably need them for a repeat order or a quotation history. If you want your enquiry and any attached files deleted sooner, email info@kb-wear.com and we will delete them and confirm.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@kb-wear.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are contacting us from the UK, the EU or another territory with statutory data-protection rights, we will handle your request on that basis.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. There is no version history page; if you need to know what it said on a particular date, ask us.
