Who we are

KBwear Manufacturing, a uniform and workwear manufacturer registered in Pakistan, operating from Dallu Khurd Rd, Gajjumata, Lahore, Punjab 54000. For any question about this policy or your data, write to info@kb-wear.com, or message or call us on +92 325 4004551.

What the quote form collects

The form on our contact page asks for, and only for, what we need to price an enquiry:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Company name and delivery destination country
• Uniform type and quantity range
• Your message
• Any file you choose to attach — tech packs, spec sheets, size charts, artwork or images. This is commercially sensitive material, so it is worth reading the next section before you upload anything.

None of these fields is used for marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Where your enquiry goes, and the third party involved

Form submissions are sent to our own server on this website, which then emails them to our inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider. Your submission, including any attached file, therefore passes through Resend's systems before it reaches us, and is subject to their handling and retention practices as well as ours. We do not store form submissions on this website; the email in our inbox is the only copy we keep.

If your tech pack or artwork is under NDA, or you would simply rather it did not pass through a third party, email it to info@kb-wear.com directly instead of using the upload field, or ask us to sign an NDA first. We would rather you did that than upload something you later regret. We are happy to work under NDA before you share designs.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people find useful. It is configured with IP anonymisation enabled. It records the pages you visit, roughly where in the world you are, your device type and how you arrived. It records a generate_lead event when the quote form is submitted, but it does not receive the contents of your enquiry, your name, your email or your attachments.

Google sets cookies to do this. You can block them with your browser settings or an ad blocker, and the site will work normally without them. We run no advertising pixels and no remarketing tags.

Other services this site loads

• Vercel hosts the site and processes standard server request logs.
• Google Maps is embedded on our contact and Lahore factory pages; loading a map means Google receives the request.
• Google Fonts are self-hosted at build time, so no request goes to Google when you load a page.

How long we keep enquiries

Enquiry emails and attachments are kept for as long as the commercial conversation is live, and afterwards only as long as we may reasonably need them for a repeat order or a quotation history. If you want your enquiry and any attached files deleted sooner, email info@kb-wear.com and we will delete them and confirm.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@kb-wear.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are contacting us from the UK, the EU or another territory with statutory data-protection rights, we will handle your request on that basis.

Image usage and copyright

Every garment photograph, factory photograph and fabric swatch image on this site was produced by or for KBwear Manufacturing and remains © KBwear Manufacturing. Please credit us as “KBwear” where you use one.

We are generally happy for clients, distributors and uniform programme providers to reuse our product photography in their own catalogues, tenders and internal proposals — but ask us first, so we can confirm the garment is still in the range and send you the original file rather than a compressed one. Email info@kb-wear.com or use our contact page and tell us which image and where it will appear.

Two things we do not permit: presenting our garments as your own manufacturing, and use in advertising that implies a commercial relationship with KBwear that does not exist. Photographs of client programmes may also carry that client's brand, in which case their permission is needed as well as ours.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. There is no version history page; if you need to know what it said on a particular date, ask us.
