Manufacture to Your Tech Pack
Send us your tech packs, CAD files, design specs, or a physical sample and we manufacture to spec. Our team translates your measurements, construction notes, and fabric requirements into production-ready uniforms, with adjustments confirmed before any bulk run begins.
Custom Labels & Branding
Your brand, front and centre. We apply woven or printed neck and care labels, logo embroidery, custom buttons, and hangtags supplied or sourced to your artwork, so every garment carries your identity, not ours.
Private-Label Packaging
Branded or unbranded polybags, hangtag attachment, folding, and carton packing to your packing list. We can also arrange neutral, unbranded shipping so orders reach you or your customer without KBwear marks on the outer cartons.
Sampling & Approval
Before production scales, we produce pre-production samples for your sign-off. You approve fit, fabric, colour, and branding on a physical reference, giving you control over the final product and a baseline for every repeat order.
OEM vs. Private Label
OEM (original equipment manufacturing) means we build a product entirely to your specification and tech pack. Private label usually starts from an existing style that we adapt and finish with your labels and branding. Either way, the brand on the garment is yours, we stay behind the scenes as your manufacturing partner.
From Brief to Bulk
An OEM project starts with your brief, tech packs, sketches, or a sample garment. We prepare a pre-production sample for your approval. Once signed off, bulk production runs through our line with your custom branding applied, followed by multi-stage quality control, private-label packaging, and logistics.
