Quality is built into every order at KBwear. Based in Lahore, Pakistan, and having delivered 100,000+ uniforms to demanding clients such as TOTAL PARCO, ZIC Petroleum and FLOW Petroleum, we operate a multi-stage in-house quality inspection process that checks fabric, colour, measurement and finishing at each stage of production. This page explains how we assure quality and how we can manufacture to the international standards that global buyers care about.
Every uniform and workwear order moves through a documented, multi-stage quality inspection process rather than a single check at the end. Quality control is integrated across our core capabilities, fabric sourcing, cutting, stitching, embroidery, QC and packaging, so issues are caught early and corrected before they reach the next stage.
You can see where these checks sit within our wider workflow on our manufacturing process page, and view our production setup on the facility page.
The right fabric is the foundation of a uniform that lasts. We focus on durability, colourfastness and all-day comfort, fabrics need to withstand repeated industrial laundering, hold their colour, and remain breathable in Pakistan's climate. As part of our fabric sourcing capability, we can evaluate and select materials against these performance criteria for each programme.
For buyers who require fabrics tested for harmful substances, we can source Oeko-Tex Standard 100-grade fabrics as a sourcing option for your order. This is offered as a fabric sourcing capability based on what mills can supply, not a certificate held by KBwear, so we work with you to confirm the exact fabric and documentation your programme requires.
Industrial and protective workwear is often specified against recognised international standards. KBwear can manufacture workwear to these standards on request, using construction methods and standard-compliant materials sourced for the order:
The appropriate standard, fabric and any required third-party testing are confirmed per order. Explore our protective range on the industrial workwear page.
We believe quality extends beyond the garment to how it is made. Our intent is to manufacture responsibly, maintaining a safe, orderly production environment and treating quality as a shared responsibility across our team. As an export-registered manufacturer, we recognise that international buyers increasingly value transparent, ethical supply chains, and we aim to work in a way that supports those expectations as our programmes with global clients grow.
Many international buyers ask about formal certifications and social-compliance audits. Standards frequently referenced in our industry include ISO 9001 (quality management), Oeko-Tex Standard 100 (fabric safety), and ethical-trade or social-audit frameworks such as SEDEX, BSCI and WRAP. KBwear builds and manufactures with these frameworks in mind, and we can align production and fabric sourcing to a buyer's required standard on request.
We list these here as standards we can manufacture to and align with, not as certificates currently held by KBwear. If your tender or supply agreement requires a specific certification or audit, please contact us so we can confirm what we are able to provide and how we can meet your requirement.
Tell us the standards, fabrics and compliance documentation your programme needs, and our team will respond with how we can meet them.
