KBwear's Multi-Stage Quality Process

Every uniform and workwear order moves through a documented, multi-stage quality inspection process rather than a single check at the end. Quality control is integrated across our core capabilities, fabric sourcing, cutting, stitching, embroidery, QC and packaging, so issues are caught early and corrected before they reach the next stage.

• Incoming fabric checks: fabric is inspected on arrival for weave consistency, colour match against approved swatches, and visible faults before any cutting begins.
• Cutting & sizing accuracy: cutting is verified against approved patterns so measurement and sizing stay consistent across large bulk orders.
• In-line stitching inspection: seams, stitching density and assembly are checked during production, alongside embroidery and logo placement for branding accuracy.
• Pre-shipment QC: finished garments undergo a final defect check for stitching, trims, colour and measurement before packing, so what is shipped matches what was approved.

Fabric Quality & Testing

The right fabric is the foundation of a uniform that lasts. We focus on durability, colourfastness and all-day comfort, fabrics need to withstand repeated industrial laundering, hold their colour, and remain breathable in Pakistan's climate. As part of our fabric sourcing capability, we can evaluate and select materials against these performance criteria for each programme.

Oeko-Tex-Grade Fabric Sourcing

For buyers who require fabrics tested for harmful substances, we can source Oeko-Tex Standard 100-grade fabrics as a sourcing option for your order. This is offered as a fabric sourcing capability based on what mills can supply, not a certificate held by KBwear, so we work with you to confirm the exact fabric and documentation your programme requires.

Workwear Safety Standards

Industrial and protective workwear is often specified against recognised international standards. KBwear can manufacture workwear to these standards on request, using construction methods and standard-compliant materials sourced for the order:

• Flame-resistant (FR) workwear: we can manufacture FR garments aligned with EN ISO 11612 for protection against heat and flame, suited to petroleum, energy and industrial environments.
• High-visibility (hi-vis) workwear: we can produce hi-vis garments aligned with EN ISO 20471, using high-visibility fabrics and reflective tape for roadside, logistics and site safety.

Certifications & Audits

Many international buyers ask about formal certifications and social-compliance audits. Standards frequently referenced in our industry include ISO 9001 (quality management), Oeko-Tex Standard 100 (fabric safety), and ethical-trade or social-audit frameworks such as SEDEX, BSCI and WRAP. KBwear builds and manufactures with these frameworks in mind, and we can align production and fabric sourcing to a buyer's required standard on request.
